Jan Kaderly

Jan Kaderly is founder of Brave Bird Consulting, helping purpose-driven organizations manage resistance and develop transformational strategies that stake a claim, galvanize people, and leave a mark on the world. Rigorous methodology and commitment to learning are hallmarks of Kaderly’s approach. For twenty-five years, she has spearheaded major change in large and complex organizations, including an award-winning global campaign that led to a US ivory ban, overhauls of digital infrastructure, and citizen engagement programs. She holds degrees from the University of Texas and the University of Pennsylvania. Her passions include elderly dogs, cooking dumplings, and singing wildly out of key.
