Jane Lovett is an experienced cook who runs cookery demonstrations from her home and around the UK, as well as remotely via Zoom. Jane's first book 'Make it Easy' was published in 2012. 'The Get-Ahead Cook' and 'Just One Pan' were published by Headline Home in 2018 and 2021 respectively. Her fourth book 'Deliciously Simple - Fast, fuss-free recipes for any occasion' was published by Headline Home in March, 2023. Having trained at the Cordon Bleu in London, Jane has worked at Leith's Good Food and taught at Leith's School of Food & Wine. As a food stylist she has developed recipes and prepared food for cookery books, magazines and TV, and run her own successful London catering business. She has written for many publications, including a regular cookery column for a daily regional newspaper and regional monthly magazine. She lives with her husband John in North Northumberland and has three children.
