Hello, I’m Jason Ortiz! I’ve spent over 24 years in IT and cybersecurity, building systems, securing networks, and solving complex tech challenges. My career started at America Online, training new hires and fine-tuning CRM solutions. From there, I moved into solutions architecture, project management, and cybersecurity, working with Linux automation, VMware, Red Hat, and cloud technology. Beyond tech, I’ve always been passionate about creativity and hands-on work. I enjoy video editing, graphic design, photography, and carpentry, bringing ideas to life in both digital and physical form. That same mix of problem-solving and creativity led me to writing.
