Jay Arthur

Jay Arthur is a renowned expert in the fields of productivity and Lean Six Sigma, the owner of KnowWare International (which features QI Macros software, books, training and consulting, and Six Sigma "belt" training). Jay grew up in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona. His graduate studies were at Rutger's University. He has authored many books published by McGraw-Hill and John Wiley & Sons, as well as publishing through his own publishing imprint of KnowWare International. His varied interests includ (but are not limited to) reading both fiction and nonfiction, writing both fiction and nonfiction, studying and practicing NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), shamanism, world travel, software, making the world more productive, and music (including playing the guitar and banjo).
