Hello! I am a lawyer practicing in Oregon and I write legal guides to help people navigate the civil court system. I have been a practicing attorney for several years and I love to help people out when they cannot afford the high cost of legal representation. Representing yourself in court is not as hard as it sounds and my legal guides explain the details of civil litigation in an easy to understand manner. I was born and raised in Oregon and attended law school at the University of Oregon School of Law. I currently practice law in the Portland area (Jay Barr is a pen name).
