Jayde-Nichol Skelton

I grew up on a homestead in the Rocky Mountains, outside Yellowstone in Wyoming. I learned how to read by telling stories and having my grandmother show me how to spell each word. I spent a lot of time with myself, my words, and with nature. This drove me to have a fascination with people. When I was 16, I tested out of high school and went to college to study psychology. My term paper was on the development of social anxiety in children. When I turned 18, covid happened and I could not continue school. I started focusing on teaching myself everything I needed to know. Beyond psychology, I researched personality types and astrology. Over these past 5 years, I have been focused on learning how our brains, bodies, and universe work together. How to understand yourself better, in order to make life easier. In 2023-2024 I hosted astrology courses at my local spiritual shop. These courses focused on astrology and psychology combined, discussing ways to find healing throughout your chart. I started sharing my journey on social media and a large community of people expressed they felt the same way, so I started writing to share my findings. The indomitable human spirit is the pursuit of creation - to create our own fate, our own future, and therefore to mold the world around us. I am a writer because there is power in the word because there is value in the story because it runs through my veins alongside my blood.
