Jebastin lives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He served as an Accountant in a Chartered Accountant office for four years. In June 2020, he began serving as an Accountant at Christian Missions Charitable Trust, and in July 2020, he formed a small business called Tower Consulting, through which he provides accounting and business services to nonprofit organizations. He became a member of The John Maxwell Team in February 2020. In November 2024, he began a business-as-mission entrepreneurial adventure by opening JJ Cafe. He attends Madras Pentecostal Church, where his family has attended for four generations. He serves through skit writing, prayer ministry, and videography. In January 2024, he married Lavanya, his sweetheart since 2014.
