Jeff Jones

Jeff Jones is the Executive Director at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church in Dallas, Texas, where the mission is "Loving ALL people into relationship with Jesus Christ." With over 20 years of ministry experience, Jeff brings a deep commitment to sharing Christ’s transformative message of love and grace. Alongside his wife, DeDe, he co-authored Blame It on Jesus, a book that challenges readers to reclaim the heart of Jesus' teachings and live out love in a divided world. Jeff’s journey into ministry was fueled by his earlier work in corporate marketing, where he learned the power of storytelling. Now, with a Master’s degree in theology from Perkins School of Theology at SMU, he combines this background with his faith to create messages that resonate with those seeking hope and connection. He hopes his words help readers find strength in their own lives and the courage to stand up against hate. Outside of his work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his grown son, Owen, who inspires him to keep hoping for a more loving future.
