Jeff Parfrey is a passionate entrepreneur, educator, and author with a deep commitment to social and environmental causes. He is the co-founder of both SPELL English School in Morretes, Brazil, and the award-winning Serra Verde Ecolodge, which reflect his dedication to education, community engagement, and sustainable living. A lifelong lover of the natural world, Jeff is a keen mountaineer with a deep connection to the environment. He works closely with local communities to promote reforestation and the conservation of Brazil’s Atlantic Rainforest, one of the most biodiverse yet endangered ecosystems on the planet. As an author, Jeff brings his enthusiasm for history, adventure, and storytelling to his books. His latest project, "Journey Through Brazil: History for Young Explorers!", combines his love of education and storytelling to make Brazil’s rich history accessible and engaging for young readers. When not teaching, writing, or working on conservation projects, Jeff can be found exploring Brazil’s mountains, enjoying nature, or cheering on Bradford City AFC.
