Jenni Serges, an Italian researcher and author, born in Brescia on September 17, 1985 with many years of experience in studies and research in the field, brings with her the richness of the flavors of the Italian culinary tradition. At 27, her life took an unexpected turn: the diagnosis of cancer led her to undertake a battle against her own body, a tortuous and challenging path.
