Jennica Day is a former varsity athlete with degrees in kinesiology and psychology, as well as a Master of Business Administration. After living in Cancun for three years and experiencing burnout, she embarked on a quest to understand the true meaning of work recovery and how to optimize vacations for managing stress and improving health and well-being. Through extensive scientific research and personal experimentation, she developed the Vacation Hero Method, a strategy that promotes proper rest, prevents burnout, and enhances productivity.
