Former psychotherapist Jennifer Lubaczewski FitzPatrick MSW, LCSW-C, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) is the Founder of Jenerations Health Education, Inc. and the author of Reimagining Customer Service in Healthcare (Post Hill Press, 2023) and Cruising Through Caregiving: Reducing The Stress of Caring For Your Loved One (Greenleaf Book Group, 2016). She is a gerontology instructor at Johns Hopkins University's Certificate on Aging program.
