Jennifer Lee

Jennifer Lee was born in Charlotte, NC, and has called many places home. From New Jersey, to Louisiana, to Tennessee, she's lived all over. She attended public school, and then graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2007, with a degree in Interior Design. After practicing for fourteen years, the Covid-19 pandemic hit, and life turned upside down. She took that opportunity to pursue a lifelong dream: writing novels. She and her husband now live in Memphis, TN, with their cat and corgi puppy. She met her husband when they both attended a historical reenactment event, a hobby they continue to enjoy. Together, they enjoy traveling all over the country and the world. The combined love of history and travel are what have inspired her writing. Mental health and modern social issues are also unique interests of Ms. Lee, and she works to combine aspects of both in her writing, striving for sensitivity that doesn't detract from the period aesthetic.
