Welcome, I'm Jennifer. I've spent my career in education, and I love sharing my ideas and experiences. I’m addicted to ideas. And talking about them. I am constantly asking the questions, "what if?" and "why not?". I enjoy thinking and talking about how we can improve our results and effectiveness. So, I write. My mother made me start a daily journal in third grade, and I never stopped writing. Today, I share my ideas and experience for industry publications and in my books.
