Jennifer Sampou

A Passion for Pattern and Color. Jennifer Sampou has designed 4000 cotton prints and sold millions of yards since 1989. She studied textiles and design at FIT, NYC. Moved to San Francisco and became creative director for P&B Textiles. Later opening Studio Sampou and licenses her designs to Robert Kaufman Company. Her recent book, OMBRE QUILTS (2019 C&T Publishing) combines her love of her ombre SKY fabrics and quilt design. She has multiple quilt patterns and co-authored In the Nursery, with her sister, Carolyn Schmitz. (C&T Publishing). She loves to travel and teach, share her inspirations and work with line, value, color and texture. She lives outside of San Francisco with her husband, children and animals.
