Jim Beaird

Jim Beaird is the author of two books on leadership, ‘The Proximity Factor’ and ‘The Providence Factor.’ ‘A Face in the Crowd’ is Jim Beaird’s second venture into fiction writing following his first novel, ‘The Reunion.’ He and wife, Kris, are retired and live in the Tampa Bay area. They have three married sons and seven grandchildren.
