By the time he graduated high school, he had attended eight different schools in six states, an experience that shaped his adaptive nature and fueled his curiosity about the world. Jimmie’s academic path is as diverse as his career. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in English and Military Science, and he furthered his education with a Master of Religious Education, a Master of Arts, and a Doctor of Education degree. Before dedicating himself fully to writing, Jimmie served his country as a US Army officer, and later found his calling in religious education, where he worked as a religious educator and Christian school headmaster. His passion for technology then led him to turn his computer hobby into a full-time career as a corporate technical trainer and IT software application engineer. Now residing in North Texas, Jimmie is a widower who channels his life experiences into his writing, producing works that resonate with depth, authenticity, and a rare insight.
