My name is Joana Robbins. I'm a writer and a baker. I have been baking bread for five years now. It started out as a simple hobby - I was looking for a way to relax and express myself creatively. Bread baking turned out to be perfect for me because it is both an art and a science. I love the process of kneading the dough, watching it rise, and the joy of fresh, flavorful bread coming out of the oven. Over time, baking became more than just a hobby for me. I began experimenting with different recipes and techniques to create unique flavors and textures. This process became an inspiration for my writing as well.
