Joe Lee Roger spent his late teens and most of his twenties traveling to a wide spectrum of places, and working a wide spectrum of jobs just for the fun of it. He then settled in London for a while, where he studied economics, history, and geography, and worked as a strategy consultant. At a later stage, he found out that comfortable life and a profitable career were not really his cups of tea, so he transformed his life completely. He now spends his time between research, traveling, and writing in his home on a Greek island, where he lives with his family.
