Joel A. Kaplan

Joel A. Kaplan, MD, an Elsevier Author, served as Vice President for Health Affairs, Dean of the School of Medicine and Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs at the University of Louisville. Prior to this, Dr. Kaplan served as Chief, Division of Cardiothoracic Anesthesia, at Emory University from 1974-1983 and Chairman, Department of Anesthesiology, at the Mt.
