I'm a writer that explores the intersection of science and culture on creating the world's best athletes. My first book, Seoul Ambition, explores one of the most interesting sport cultures in the world: South Korea. In addition to writing, I'm a physical educator and coach. I have a deep interest in talent development and use my writing to help become more effective in my everyday practice.
