Joel Davis

A native of Binghamton, New York, Joel was a standout football player at Binghamton High School. Upon graduation, Joel entered the United States Military Preparatory School located at Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey, followed by his entrance into the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. While at West Point, Joel was a standout four-year varsity letterman and team captain of the 1995 Army Football Team. Graduating in 1996 with a BS degree in Pre-Law and a minor in Systems Engineering, Joel was commissioned into the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer and stationed at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. Upon receiving an honorable discharge from Army, Joel furthered his football career by spending time in the National Football League with the Cincinnati Bengals and the Indianapolis Colts as a reserve Offensive Lineman. At the conclusion of his playing career, Joel returned to his native southern New York where he started his first company, a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company. With growing success, Joel expanded his entrepreneurial endeavors into a variety of other prosperous investments, endeavors, and strategic partnerships that continue to this day. Through his consulting company, Maximus Management Group, Inc., Joel has been helping like-minded entrepreneurs from around the country and beyond to realize their goals of wealth creation and financial independence through the power of entrepreneurship. As the distinguished author of the best-selling ebook, How to Build a Million Dollar Medical Transportation Company, Joel is educating NEMT owners on how to properly start, build and manage their businesses so as to increase efficiency and profitability while delivering unparalleled customer service and added value. In addition to How to Build a Million Dollar Medical Transportation Company, Joel is host of the Million Dollar Seminar, events hosted in various locations around the country teaching advanced skills, training and strategies for NEMT owners and entrepreneurs. To further offer real dispatch and logistical solutions to transportation owners, Joel created the Dispatching Made Easy ™ software system. Originally distributed via CD format, DME 1.0 was upgraded to version 2.0, a web based solution, to further enhance the freedom and flexibility of business owners and mobile transportation business models. Most recently, Joel founded the United Medical Transportation Providers Group (UMTPG), an advocacy organization dedicated to promoting medical transportation opportunities and the interests of individual UMTPG member interests.
