Joel Hernandez

Joel Hernandez was born and raised in Fort Worth Texas on October 24, 1954, and was called by God at the early age of 21. Joel has studied the Bible fervently for 50 years and has always enjoyed his studies in the Old Testament's Types and Shadows and the Old and New Testaments Symbols, which has enabled him to write all of his books of which 'The Two Witnesses' is the first to be published. Joel began his studies in the NT which he studied for a considerable amount of time. He began studying the OT because he realized that it and its Typology and Symbols have been severely neglected for over 2,000 years. It was in his early studies that he found a copy of Dr. George Williams’ commentary entitled 'The Students Commentary on the Holy Scripture's'. Having been a young Christian at that time, he didn’t know Biblical commentaries even existed. As he began studying Dr. Williams’ commentary, and began to realize it’s value, he began purchasing more of them along with Biblical dictionaries, encyclopedias, and books on a great deal of the different doctrines of the Bible until his personal library grew to over 5,000 books. As Joel and Danny Townsend, a good friend, began building his study in 2010, he mentioned he was going to make it pay for itself by writing, which he later realized he was prompted to say, 'by the Spirit of God', which was calling him to do so. Joel’s interpretation of ‘The Two Witnesses’ is original and diametrically opposed to all the different interpretations of all the Ancient and Modern-day commentators who have been merely guessing who ‘The Two Witnesses’ are for 2,000 years
