John Bandler is a lawyer and consultant who helps organizations navigate today's issues including cybersecurity, cybercrime, privacy and governance. His current books are on cyberlaw, policies and procedures, cybersecurity, and cybercrime investigations. John speaks and teaches at the law school, graduate, and undergraduate level, and to professional audiences. He has written many articles and four books. His most recent book is on Cyberlaw, expected January 2025. His other books are "Policies and Procedures for your Organization", to help any organization create and improve their policies, procedures, and other governance documents. His first book is "Cybersecurity for the Home and Office" which helps readers of all professions and backgrounds learn about cybersecurity, privacy, and technology and implement important measures. His second book is "Cybercrime Investigations: The Comprehensive Resource for Everyone," to help us better investigate cybercrime, an area where both government and the private sector play critical roles. Before joining the private sector, John served for thirteen years as a prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office where he investigated and prosecuted all types of crime, including international cybercrime and virtual currency money laundering.
