John Beavers

John Beavers is the Chair of the Department of Linguistics and the Robert D. King Centennial Professor of Liberal Arts at the University of Texas at Austin. His research is on the syntax and semantics of the world's languages, with a specific focus on word meaning and its relationship to grammar.
