Researcher/Lecturer John E.L. Tenney has been actively involved in the field of paranormal/anomalistic/conspiratorial research for well over two decades. His columns, spanning the fields of UFOlogy and hauntings to conspiracy theories and cryptozoology, have been printed in magazines and newspapers world-wide. He has also been interviewed extensively on the internet, radio and television. It is estimated that over the past 30 years, more than 100,000 people have attended one of Mr. Tenney's signature "Weird Lectures". Aside from his lectures, and due to his extended time involved in anomalistic research, he has acted as a consultant for numerous television shows, films and companies including, but not limited to, NBC, A&E, Fox, SyFy, The Detroit Free Press and Huffington Post, Men’s Health and The New York Times, and Wall Street Journal. He has worked on numerous television shows including Unsolved Mysteries, Sightings, Very Scary Stories, Paranormal State: The New Class, Ghost Stalkers and Paranormal Lockdown, Kindred Spirits and Hellier. In 2011 Mr. Tenney created Realm of the Weird, a bi-weekly podcast modeled after the old time horror radio shows of the 1940s - 1960s. Listeners are presented with startling, chilling and weird tales, based in fact, from the actual case files of Mr. Tenney. Realm of the Weird was recently awarded Best Podcast in Michigan by Real Detroit Weekly. Aside from his time investigating unusual phenomena John is also an accomplished painter, musician and humorist. As a musician John has performed with musical acts such as Social Distortion, Agent Orange and Kid Rock. His paintings can be found on display throughout the country and have been featured at numerous art openings across America.
