Hello, and thank you for visiting my author page! I've enjoyed storytelling since childhood and wrote my own Fighting Fantasy adventure gamebook at the tender age of eight. It didn't get published (in case you were wondering) but undeterred I carried on making things up and writing them down or drawing them. I started a website as a repository for my flash fiction - weird horror, mainly - and the favourable comments spurred me on to writing scripts for indie comics (AccentUK, Time Bomb, and Acme Inc), something I still do on occasion. Although I have an extensive catalogue of unfinished projects, I have only Kindle published The Chronicles of Athrôc, a fantasy series began as a deviation, writing in the classic sword and sorcery style of R. E. Howard. The Chronicles became a larger experiment in world building which continues to expand, revealing more of the prehistoric environment, cultures, and characters, influenced by my interest in ancient history and civilisations. These tales are partly the result of dull commutes and I feel are ideal reading for fellow sufferers of noisy work journeys, as I've packed them with relatable characters and adventure without any drawn-out waffle; they are easy to read and fast paced.
