John Lloyd

John Lloyd (1968-) was born in Somerset and grew up in Plymouth and London before reading History and Philosophy at Westminster University. Making the most of his knowledge after more than 20 visits to Iceland, he has published a series of eBooks to guide first-time visitors around the Land of Fire and Ice on the famous Route 1 and beyond. A fan of Plymouth Argyle Football Club, he has published two books on the Pilgrims (Voices of Home Park and Plymouth Argyle: 50 Classic Matches). His most popular book - "Go Your Own Way: Following in the Footsteps of Martin Sheen on the Way of St James", is a memoir of six eventful weeks walking the Camino de Santiago across northern Spain.
