John Manuel

I am a fiction writer based in Durham, NC. I grew up in Ohio on the banks of the wild and wonderful Chagrin River. My early experiences there, and later life as an environmental journalist, neighbor to Southern farmers, a husband and father, have shaped the memoir and three novels that I've published to date.
