John "J.D." Ploetz lives in Tucson, Arizona, and is the author of the self-help book Nothing Changes When Nothing Changes, written under the pen name J.D. Ploetz and available on Amazon. He is also the creator of Miss Ruby Worldwide, inspired by his adorable, energetic 2-year-old pug, Miss Ruby. Her line of coloring and children’s books, also available on Amazon, has brought joy and creativity to families everywhere. The idea for Miss Ruby Worldwide began when J.D. and his family couldn’t find a girl-focused monster truck coloring book for his granddaughter. Frustrated by the lack of options, they decided to create one themselves, and Miss Ruby Worldwide was born. Alongside Miss Ruby Worldwide, J.D. also launched Dabbing Pug Productions, expanding the brand’s creative endeavors.
