John Poehler

John is the creator and founder of JP Publisher, a publishing company focused on books, creativity, and new ideas. He is also President of The Bipolar Battle, Inc. nonprofit. John is the creator of the award-winning blog "The Bipolar Battle," published author of This War Within My Mind, award-winning mental health advocate for bipolar disorder, husband, and father. Winner of WEGOHealth Award Best in Show: Twitter, John also makes appearances on podcasts, radio shows, and blogs. As someone living with bipolar type 1, John has firsthand experience how to successfully manage. He sees himself as a warrior fighting the bipolar battle. This is an empowering perspective that he adopts in all areas of his life. John enjoys spending time with his family, fitness, drawing, and exploring the Colorado outdoors.
