John Smeby

John Smeby began writing Stories from the Classroom in May, 2017, and spent the remainder of the year completing his teaching memoirs. The stories cover 23 years in education within the San Bernardino City Unified School District. Smeby also completed an art book titled fusionart in 2016. Besides being an author, he is also a fine art photographer, with art currently shown in 3 Southern California galleries. He has already begun work on his next book, a biography about a military combat photographer, From Refugee to Patriot. He lives in Yucaipa, CA and enjoys traveling, reading, sports and spending time with family.
