I was born in a small village in The Netherlands. I studied at the University of Agriculture in Wageningen. After that I worked mainly as an entrepreneur in different parts of society. Fate brought me also many times in Egypt, where we organised a lot of cruises on the Nile to visit the temples there. Something there touched me deeply and so I started wondering what happened in Egypt, specially in Alexandria during the first centuries of our era. From wondering came reading and from reading came studying and from study came deep contemplation. I received something of the forgotten traditions that left us some very deep works. This is what I write about.
