Jon Grahe

Jon Grahe earned his BA from Shippensburg University and PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Toledo. He is presently a Professor of Psychology and Department Chair at Pacific Lutheran University, President of Western Psychological Association, a former President of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society for Psychology, and the Managing Executive Editor of The Journal of Social Psychology. He was recognized as Fellow for both Western Psychological Association and Midwestern Psychological Association. Though trained as a social psychologist, he more recently designed and administered large scale collaborative research projects for undergraduates. His most recent book, “A Journey into Scientific Transparency and Open Science” explores this work through a personal narrative as a supplemental text. When not working, he is an avid hiker and musician
