Jon Howard Hall

I am a writer of historical fiction and have a particular passion for the Civil War era of American history. I attended Auburn University and currently live with my wife near Birmingham in the town of Trussville located in St. Clair County, Alabama. I am retired and spend my time reading, writing, and listening to music. I have enjoyed travels to Greece, Israel, the Philippines, Hong Kong, London, and 44 U.S. states so far, including favorites of Alaska and Hawaii. I enjoy both the mountains and beaches as getaway places and watching southeastern conference football games. War Eagle!
