Jono Hey

Jono Hey is the creator of Sketchplanations, where he's been explaining the world one sketch at a time for more than a decade. He's lived in Europe and the U.S., working across academia, business, design, product development, entrepreneurship, strategy and engineering and helping create two successful companies. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Bath. You'll also find his unique illustrations in Bill Gates's 2022 book How to Prevent the Next Pandemic. He does his sketching from London where he lives with his wife and two boys. Big Ideas Little Pictures is his first solo book.
