Joseph is a member of Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies faculty. He teaches Project Management classes in the College's graduate program. He previously worked full time in the construction industry as a project manager in primarily land development and residential construction projects, where he still consults on a part time basis. After Joseph obtained a bachelor's degree in business management, he began working full-time in both the real estate and construction industry while simultaneously earning his Masters of Business Administration through Lenoir-Rhyne University. He later earned a Masters of Project Management through Western Carolina University. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in workplace ethics & leadership. Joseph is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a member of the Project Management Institute, a member of both local REALTOR® associations and the National Association of REALTORS® and holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation. He has authored several articles on construction and project management which have been featured in national publications. He lives in Western North Carolina with his wife and his daughter and two faithful labradors, where he enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with friends.
