Joseph Stolte

Joseph Stolte is a former teacher and author of the children’s book Marvin’s Jungle Adventure and a new book, Marvin's Mountain Adventure. He is also a proud husband, father of two adult daughters, and grandfather of three: a grandson, a granddaughter and two granddogs. Ever since his daughters were young, he would craft characters and adventures to create fun and ever-changing stories for them. He loves carrying on this tradition telling stories to his grandchildren who love participating by adding their own details and making up tales of their own! Upon retirement, Joseph finally found time to put to paper the stories he has carried around in his head for over two decades. He is excited to now share these stories with other families! Joseph knows the writing process is not easy, but when you see your characters come to life, it is endlessly rewarding. Thinking outside the box is the road to creativity and creativity fosters learning and self-satisfaction. When Joseph is not writing, he keeps busy tutoring students in math.
