Josh Williams is an author, entrepreneur and lover of all things food and beverage. Josh is a partner in W&P Design, a design company he co-founded with best friend Eric Prum in 2012. Josh combines his background in the professional kitchen with a passion for design to create unique products and content to help others eat and drink better (while having fun doing it). Based in Brooklyn, New York, W&P Design (www.wandpdesign.com) applies innovative design to the food and beverage world. Since it's founding, W&P Design has created more than 200 items, including tools, consumable products and print and digital content. Among the company's most popular products are the Mason Shaker, a Mason jar cocktail shaker; the Carry On Cocktail Kit, which contains the tools and ingredients to mix craft cocktails mid-flight; and the Peak Ice product line, a collection of innovative tools for making ice in your home freezer. W&P Design’s products and recipes have been featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine and Bon Appétit, among many other publications. Josh is the co-author of Shake: A New Perspective on Cocktails, Infuse: Oil, Spirit, Water and Host: A Modern Guide to Eating, Drinking and Feeding Your Friends.
