Joshua Powell

Joshua Powell's goal in writing is to help people encounter the life-changing love of God found in Jesus Christ. Josh has been writing for years, initially as a way to relieve stress and organize his own thoughts, but eventually as a way to help others. His discipleship and church resource material are based off manuscripts that are tested and work at the local church level. His fiction writing is intended to be thought-provoking and Gospel-centered. He plans on continuing to produce both non-fiction and fiction material at an affordable price to help both churches and individuals grow in their walk with the Lord. Josh serves as pastor of a church in Louisiana and when he's not working or writing he loves reading, spending time outdoors, or playing games with his family and friends. He is a graduate of the University of Lousiana at Lafayette with a bachelor's degree in communications as well as having two master's degrees and a PhD from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
