I am a Civil Engineer and Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, UK (FRICS) with over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry gained in the Middle East, Far East, and India. I have worked as a QS Director, commercial manager, contracts manager, and senior quantity Surveyor positions for contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and project management firms in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Indonesia, Vietnam, and India. I have been involved in various construction projects including low-rise to high-rise buildings, shopping malls, golf courses, airports, super-tall residential buildings, bridges, roads, and infrastructure. I want to contribute my in-depth knowledge and experience gained in the Construction and Real Estate Industry to my colleagues, construction professionals, students, and people who are passionate about learning and applying contractual knowledge practically in real-life projects that they come across.
