For more than 30 years, Judith H. Katz, Ed.D., has worked with organizations around the world to address systemic barriers, foster inclusive interactions through the 12 Conscious Actions for Inclusion, leverage diversity, and promote strategic culture change. As Executive Vice President for The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. (one of Consulting magazine's Seven Small Jewels in 2010), Judith has created numerous breakthrough concepts in organization development and transformation, including Inclusion as the HOW® (with Frederick A. Miller) - a foundational mindset to enable organizations to accelerate results. Judith is a dynamic speaker and internationally known author. The 25th anniversary of her landmark book, White Awareness: Handbook for Anti-Racism Training was celebrated with the publication of a revised edition. She has also co-authored three books with Frederick A. Miller: • The Inclusion Breakthrough: Unleashing the Real Power of Diversity (2002) • Be BIG: Step Up, Step Out, Be Bold (2008) • Opening Doors to Teamwork and Collaboration: 4 Keys That Change EVERYTHING (2013) Their forthcoming book, Safe Enough to Soar: Accelerating Trust, Inclusion and Collaboration in the Workplace is set to be published in November 2018. Over the years, Judith has devoted her time and energy to many socially responsible initiatives. She has been a board member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences, served as Vice Chair of the Social Venture Network. She currently sits on the Dean’s Council, College of Education at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and the Board of Trustees of Fielding Graduate University. Among other awards, in 2007 Profiles in Diversity Journal named Judith one of 40 Pioneers of Diversity. In 2012 she was honored as a Legend of Diversity by the International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals, and the Organization Development Network bestowed on her its Outstanding Achievement in Global Work award.
