Hi, I'm Judy Kelly, a Diet and Nutritionist professional with 5 years of experience in the field. I graduated from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Nutritional Science and later earned my Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of California, Los Angeles. My passion for helping people achieve optimal health through proper nutrition has led me to work with many clients, particularly those with diabetes. I believe that the key to good health is a balanced diet that is tailored to an individual's specific needs. I strive to make complex nutritional concepts easy to understand for my clients. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with others through my first book, "Eating well with diabetes", which has received great reviews. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation, cooking and experimenting with new recipes for nutritious meals.
