Julia Sherman is the creator of Salad for President, an evolving publishing project that draws a meaningful connection between food, art and everyday obsessions. She lives to cook with the world's most innovative artists, inviting herself into their homes, dreaming up recipes and sharing them with the world. Sherman and her work have been featured in the New York Times, T Magazine, Vogue, Food + Wine, Bon Appetit, The Wall Street Journal, Martha Stewart Living, and The New Yorker, amongst many others. She published her first cookbook, Salad for President: A cookbook Inspired By Artists, with Abrams Books in 2017, and her next book, a treatise on the messy art of entertaining, will be released in October 2021.
