Juliana Tapper is an experienced math classroom teacher, PLC facilitator, professional developer, and instructional coach. With urban classroom experience in multiple states as well as district level leadership, she is dedicated to improving the educational opportunities for all students and teachers. Frustrated with the lack of quality professional development and support for math teachers working with students below grade level, she left the classroom to found her own consultancy, CollaboratEd Consulting, and has provided PD for schools, districts, and state departments of education across the US using immediately applicable strategies and realistic methods. Juliana has been published in NCTM’s Journal, Mathematics Learning & Teaching, and is an in demand presenter at conferences including NCTM, NCSM, ASCD, Learning Forward, and more.
