I have a background in dance, movement, Hatha Yoga, and meditation. I began my study of Tai Chi and Qigong in 2017, and continue to learn and teach what I know. I am a new self publisher, I am interested to sharing with less mobil or senior individuals that they too can learn and grow and move and heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually, as they deepen their connection to themselves and the universe, within and without, through Tai Chi, and qigong, breath and intention.
