Justin Fox Burks

Justin’s long career as a photographer has allowed him access to some of the secrets of the South’s greatest kitchens. Based in Memphis, Tennessee, he co-authored 'The Southern Vegetarian,' 'The Chubby Vegetarian,' and 'The Low-Carb Vegetarian' cookbooks with his wife, Amy Lawrence. Their fourth vegetarian cookbook will be published June 29, 2021. Justin owns Justin Fox Burks Photo Studio, located in the South Main Arts District in downtown Memphis.
