Justin and Ineke's story began at Fontys Dansacademie, where they united their passions for choreography and dance pedagogy. Since founding Ndigo in 2009, they've guided tens of thousands of students, with alumni now performing at prestigious institutions like The Royal Ballet London and L'Opera Paris. Their dedication earned them multiple accolades, including Belgian and European Championships in Contemporary and Ballet, Best Artistic Director (2023), and Best Dance Pedagogues (2024). As certified American Ballet Theater instructors, they bring world-class training to their studio. Beyond dance, they create global impact through partnerships with Plan International and B1G1, supporting education and community development. Through The Dance Advantage, they share their expertise and passion, inspiring the next generation of dancers while balancing life as partners, parents, and entrepreneurs.
