K.A. Almeida is an author and creator of Simple and Kind Books. From a young age, she would spend hours in the library reading and writing short stories. She pursued a career in science, but never lost her love for reading and writing. She is passionate about writing simple children's books that teach children about kindness, gratitude, patience and compassion.
