KJ Buckley

KJ Buckley is an adventurer at heart who discovered her passion for skiing as an adult and now hopes to spark a love for the sport in young readers. After spending seasons from Whistler to Argentina, she created "Alpine Ani" to bring to life the wonder of snowy winters. Through Ani’s story, she hopes to subtly encourage readers to think about how warming temperatures impact our winter playgrounds and the endangered species that call them home.
